About

Alexandra Saa

A lifelong equestrian, Alexandra is a Certified Equine Massage Therapist based in Southeast, Wisconsin, with a degree in Biology and advanced training in equine anatomy and physiology. Her strong scientific background provides a deep understanding of how the horse’s body functions—down to the mechanics that influence movement, performance, and recovery.

This expertise allows her to deliver targeted equine massage therapy that supports improved mobility, reduces muscle tension, and enhances overall performance. Each session is tailored to the individual horse, focusing on performance optimization, injury prevention, and long-term maintenance.

Alexandra’s approach is rooted in science and guided by experience, ensuring each horse receives individualized care designed to restore balance and optimize function.

Approach

Every horse is unique, which is why each session is tailored to the individual’s specific needs. At Peak Form Equine Therapy, I use a variety of equine massage therapy techniques to assess and address the root cause of discomfort, not just the symptoms.

My approach focuses on:

  • Identifying the source of pain, tension, or restriction
  • Restoring proper movement patterns and mobility
  • Supporting muscular balance, function, and overall soundness

By working with the whole horse, I help improve performance, prevent injury, and promote long-term wellness—whether your horse is a competitive athlete or a valued companion.
